Wasatch Pizza is Salt Lake's true gourmet pizza option... Wasatch
Pizza offers mouthwatering combinations that cater to adult tastes
throughout the Wasatch Front of Salt Lake City. We satisfy the taste of
the traditionalist, culinary experimenter, carnivore and vegetarian.
Why Wasatch Pizza is truly the better choice...
Handmade dough and sauces mean a finished product that goes far beyond
the normal expectation. What began with two culinary students and their
truly unique recipes has now become a family-owned institution for 12
years! Wasatch Pizza satisfies those who demand more than convenience
-- but a true taste experience Wasatch Pizza is still handmade - with
only the finest ingredients, staying true to the original recipes.
Our carefully-crafted dough is made fresh at our downtown location; and
rests for a full day until it's perfectly balanced to create that
slightly chewy Italian peasant crust. Only the finest cheeses are used
to create our original recipes - no corners can be cut or we'd simply
be another pizza place.
You have a choice of our house-made marinara, fresh pesto, olive paste,
Cajun, Alfredo, and even Dijonnaise base. Call it fusion, gourmet or
whatever you like. The many creative combinations available have made
us Salt Lake's #1 selling gourmet pizza.

You can go esoteric with The Northwest--a lavish blend of smoked
salmon, shrimp, capers, mushrooms, red onions, smoked gouda, rosemary
and pine nuts and olive paste. Or more traditional with the Grizzly
Gulch--sausage, artichoke hearts, feta, and mozzarella on pesto or
marinara.
Did you realize our large pizza is actually 15" when the competition calls 14" a large pizza?
And don't stop with just the pies... remember we're famous for our
dressings! Our real-anchovy dressing tops a fresh Caesar salad with
sundried tomatoes. Our garden slads can be accompanied by any of our
wonderful dressings: Vinaigrette, Ranch or Blue Cheese.
Our new dessert pizza is the only one of its kind. The sauce was
created by combining ingredients used in cheese cakes and Tiramisu then
topped with mixed berries or peaches and a sprinkle of brown sugar to
make a trully decadent dessert.
